About Matej Michalko
Matej Michalko is a blockchain innovator and post-quantum cybersecurity entrepreneur with more than 16 years of experience in cryptography and decentralized technologies. Matej Michalko is the founder of Decent Cybersecurity, a global company focused on post-quantum encryption, blockchain technology, and advanced cyber defence solutions for industries such as space, aerospace, defence, and unmanned systems.
He leads Decent Cybersecurity as a consortium partner in the €32 million AIDA project funded by the European Defence Fund, helping develop AI-powered and crypto-agile cyber defence systems. The company also holds NATO, EU, and national Secret-level clearances and is ISO certified.
Matej Michalko has contributed to NATO advisory groups and serves in leadership positions within Slovak critical infrastructure and IT organizations.
